In Death of a Unicorn, directed by Alex Scharfman, a father (Paul Rudd) and his daughter (Jenna Ortega) inadvertently kill a unicorn while driving to a weekend retreat. They bring the creature's body to the retreat hosted by Rudd's billionaire boss (Richard E. Grant), who aims to exploit its miraculous healing abilities. As events unfold, the duo confronts unforeseen repercussions, merging dark humor with supernatural themes. The film is scheduled for release in Spring 2025 by A24.
