Attention: Beacomix is destined to a Mature audience, you’ve been warned.

I love collective work, it makes people come together and gives the opportunity for the reader to always find something new and fresh, visits after visits…

If you are somehow artist, everyone is welcome to take part. Any style/media is welcome, content can be explicit/violent as you like

use as many of these characters as you want as long as you stick to the character reference that you can find HERE

story-wise, pretty much anything goes: sexuality, hair colour, piercings, clothes etc… but bea does not and should not do anything to do with drugs ever.

So go on! pick up your pencils, graphic tablets or whatever you like and be creative… finally a place where everything is allowed, enjoy!!!

And if you are not interesting in drawing, pay them a weekly visit, the artists down there are amazing.

And by the way, you can follow Bea comix on twitter too: HERE

Sometimes on twitter you will find out that it is much more than a simple social media tool. Some bring it to a level that I just find great by offering to help others without any monetary contribution. One website that does it well is www.hollywood-tweet.com by doing the following, (in their own word):

Retweeting the BEST of Entertainment to the BEST of Entertainment! The RTs that follow you!

How does it work will you ask? Send your tweets to @Hollywood_Tweet as a mention. If you include #RTHT in your tweet, your tweet will be Retweeted the old fashioned way (with the “RT”) and within the hour, proving to be a valuable tool, with their 14 000 followers and counting… I am thinking about crowd funding projects for example but use your imagination, and don’t abuse of the service…

I hope that this was useful.

For the usual do and don’t please visit their website here and then follow them on twitter… enjoy!!!

About Hand Held Hollywood

Film and video makers love gadgets.  We flock to any new technology that demonstrates the slightest potential to help us conceptualize, visualize and digitize our creative visions.  So why have we neglected that touch-screen powerhouse already in our pocket?  Hand Held Hollywood is here to change that.

HHH explores how your iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch can aid in nearly every aspect of film and video production. This is a destination for those wishing to discus and discover the latest techniques and technology. It’s a place where every gadget obsessed writer, producer, director, cinematographer, composer, editor, actor, and otherwise can call home.

As manufacturers continue to create more powerful hand held devices, HHH will broaden its scope to include them.  But until there are viable alternatives, Apple’s products have our full attention.

So if Gadgets are your thing and you don’t know where to start to make that 1st movie and own an iphone 4 go visit…

http://www.handheldhollywood.com

and follow them on twitter…

You will love it!!!
